Rachel Shin Yie Lee
Rachel Shin Yie Lee is a final-year PhD student at the Queensland Brain Institute, The University of Queensland. Her research investigates how germline-localised small non-coding RNAs mediate epigenetic responses to somatic and germline mitochondrial genome damage. By integrating molecular genetics and bioinformatics, she aims to understand how cells and tissues coordinate mitochondrial stress signalling across the organism.
