Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) are the leading delivery system for RNA therapeutics, yet their manufacture requires specialized equipment and expertise. We have developed a post-loaded LNP platform that enables on-demand RNA loading, increasing accessibility, reducing RNA waste, and accelerating research workflows.

We will present the performance of post-loaded LNPs alongside conventional LNPs, demonstrating equivalent physicochemical characteristics, in vitro activity, and in vivo efficacy. This technology has the potential to simplify RNA delivery and expand access to RNA-enabled research and therapeutics.
